Unlike the people in Congress, we have actual responsibilities.....Last night, the House majority failed most basic test of leadership and they did so with callous disregard to the people of my state. ... It was disappointing and disgusting to watch...There's only one group to blame ... the House majority, and their Speaker, John Boehner."

ouch, that has to hurt. Chris Christie's comments, not mine.  :)

With Republicans like Christie ready to diss him in such unbridled ways, Democrats by comparison almost look tame in their statements towards Boehner.

I'm not a fan of Boehner, but I don't envy his position. The tea party folks are going to squall about any hint of compromise (effective leadership), and try to make his life miserable. So why exactly does he want the job?
